- Price includes tax, delivery, and installation within Kampala metropolitan. Please check our Delivery & Installation page for areas outside of Kampala metropolitan.
- The warranty is void if Newmatic does not install the product.
- This product has a 1-year appliance warranty and a 5-year motor warranty.
- A voltage regulator is highly recommended in locations with unstable power supplies. Products damaged by power surges or brownouts are not covered by warranty.
- Install Newmatic kitchen appliances only after construction. Damage from construction debris/dust will not be covered under warranty. Please check our Warranty & Return Policy for more details.
Return and Refund Policy
- Please inspect your goods immediately upon delivery. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please return it to our delivery staff immediately.
- For post-delivery returns, please ensure that all products, components, accessories, and packaging are intact in the original carton box.
- No cash refunds after payment. A credit note voucher will be issued instead.
- Installed or tampered items cannot be refunded.
